Project Plan
Project Timeline
Overall Duration: 3 months to build prototype web portal and interactive data visualization, targeting the start of school in the Philippines (where Almera and Nirabhra live), giving students time to consider schools in Halifax to say hello to before September start of school in Canada.

- Telemetry collection and monitoring
- Feedback collection from pilot participants
Pilot Phase Details
Rationale
The game will start with a school in Davao City, Philippines, because that's where Almera and Nirabhra live. The first hello will be sent by students of a Davao school to a school in Halifax, Canada, where Mike lives.
This pilot launch gives: - Almera and Nirabhra's students time to consider schools in Halifax before the start of Philippine school year - Halifax students and schools time to prepare a thoughtful response before Canadian school year begins in September - The team a chance to test platform functionality and gather feedback in real conditions
Next Expansion
After the Davao → Halifax hello, schools will decide autonomously where hellos flow next, enabling organic network growth.
