Privacy Policy
Hello World Jam is built around one non-negotiable: no individual student data is ever collected. Here’s everything else.
What we collect
We collect only what’s necessary to run the game:
- School name, location, and country.
- Admin and delegate account contact information.
- Questionnaire responses submitted when a school sends a hello.
- Basic usage telemetry for platform stability.
What we never collect
- Individual student names, ages, or personal information of any kind.
- Student-submitted content.
- Any data that could identify a specific child.
How data is used
Questionnaire responses are de-identified and may be made available to researchers studying global school networks and intercultural education. School-level participation data is displayed publicly on the interactive map. No individual data is ever shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Researcher access
Anonymized telemetry data will be made available to qualified researchers under terms to be defined before platform launch. Details will be published here when available.
